Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using SafelySend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

SafelySend is a photo watermarking application that allows users to embed invisible watermarks into their photos for the purpose of tracking potential unauthorized sharing or leaks. The App processes photos locally on your device.

By using SafelySend, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Only watermark photos that you own or have permission to modify
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Not use the App for any illegal surveillance or privacy violations

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SafelySend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your photos. We do not claim any ownership over content you create or modify using the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That watermarks will be 100% undetectable or tamper-proof
• That leak detection will always identify the source accurately

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafelySend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Failure of watermarks to prevent or detect leaks
• Any third-party conduct or content

You may not use SafelySend to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Engage in unauthorized data collection
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SafelySend operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
